Misuse of child support money after a divorce
Once you have gone through a divorce, what if you believe that your ex-spouse is not using the child support for the benefit of the child?
If you can prove this to the judge, she might allow you to pay the support or some portion of it directly to other people who are providing things for your child. For example, money can be paid directly to a child care provider, a private school, an insurance company, or a health care provider.
